This is update of dependencies in requirements.txt, images in dockerfile, update to compose V2 and other necessary changes.
Status:
publishers: Working
presenters: Working - new pdf_presenter because wkhtmltopdf is deprecated.
core:
collectors: Builds without issues but not thoroughly tested, uses Python 3.11 because of aio-libs/aiohttp#7646
bots: Builds without issues but not tested at all
Documentation for use of Compose V2: Added
Still work in progress.
